Terms of service

These terms and conditions govern the relationship between Anatoli Shevchenko (hereinafter referred to as "the Contractor") and the client (hereinafter referred to as "the Client") in the provision of 3D modeling and printing services.

Payment and calculations

• Order of payment: The standard condition is 100% advance payment for the order. Upon mutual agreement of the parties, payment of 50/50 or other terms may be possible, as specified in the individual agreement.
• Payment methods: We accept any payment methods that are convenient for the customer, including bank transfers and electronic payment systems.
• Start of work: The contractor begins to fulfill the order only after receiving confirmation of payment in accordance with the agreed terms.

Terms and delivery

• Terms of delivery: The delivery time for each project is individual and is specified during the discussion of the order. The delivery times depend on the complexity of the geometry and the volume of printing.
• Digital delivery: Ready 3D models are delivered to the client in digital format via email.
• Physical delivery: Ready parts are shipped by postal operators selected by the customer. Responsibility for the safety of the package passes to the carrier at the time of delivery.

Cancellation and intellectual property

• Return Restriction: According to EU law (Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83), the right of withdrawal and return does not apply to goods manufactured according to individual customer specifications.
• Cancellation: Free cancellation is only possible until the start of the modeling or printing stage. After the production process has started, refunds are not possible.
• Copyright: Full ownership of 3D models and files transfers to the Client only after 100% payment of the order. Until full payment, the rights belong to the Executant.

Regarding all disputed issues, the parties are guided by the legislation of Belgium. The jurisdiction of the court is in Hasselt.
